This was my first time trying cobbler, so I was excited to give this place a try. I ordered the Caramel Apple Cobbler and it was delicious. When we arrived, there were several people waiting for their orders. There also seemed to be an issue between two employees, and a police officer came in and spoke with a manager or someone in charge. I’m not sure exactly what happened, but it appeared to contribute to the long wait for orders. Unfortunately, another thing that made the experience uncomfortable was the strong chemical smell throughout the dining area. It smelled like some type of cleaning product, possibly Fabuloso. The smell was so strong that it made it difficult to comfortably enjoy our food while sitting inside.

This was the first time, my son and I came to The Peach Cobbler Factory. We overly enjoyed the selfie wall, delicious deserts such as milkshakes and cinnamon rolls, and the welcoming environment from the establishments staff. E gave me a great recommendation for a cinnamon roll and milkshake combo. Now I have to stop by every week! 😁 Thank you for the excellent service

been wanting to try PC factory for a while now & snuck in yesterday to get out of the rain. Man oh man!! We were greeted with a professional, warm welcome that set the perfect tone. One gentleman gave an excellent run down of the menu (which is insane by the way 🀯) while another told us his personal faves. We settled on a blackberry/peach cobbler, strawberry/peach cobbler and a banana pudding milkshake (recommended by one of the staff). Let me tell you something … The banana pudding milkshake was hands-down one of the best shakes I’ve ever had in my entire life. The flavor profile, the crisp wafers, chunks of banana and whip cream! Just wow. The cobblers could have been a little warmer, but delicious all the same. We’ll be back!! 10/10 experience

Came in here on Veterans Day and the staff was so patient with us. Really took their time and explained the different delicious options that they had. We ended up getting the peach cobbler and the banana pudding which were delicious. Wish we could give this place 10 stars. Taylor, Ty, and Colby really showed us so much love. Thank y’all

I was genuinely looking forward to trying this new neighborhood spot. Unfortunately, the things we ordered just didn’t meet our expectations after seeing so many positive reviews on social media (of other locations outside NC). My family came inside to sit down and enjoy. We were greeted kindly by the staff and they were helpful in placing our order. It was our first visit to a Peach Cobbler Factory, and that menu was 🀯. We landed on the Apple Carmel cobbler stuffed cinnamon roll w/ice cream, Strawberry cobbler, Peach Mango Cobbler, and the Caramel Apple Cobbler. For starters, everything was bagged to go. From there things just never really regained momentumβ€” cobblers were not warm enough for our preference, the peach wasn’t sweet enough IMO, the strawberry was okay but very soupy without much more, the caramel apple was unremarkable w/ the apples being altogether different than expected, and the cinnamon roll was stale/dry πŸ˜”β€” without much flavor. There just wasn’t anything great here. I really had hoped to write a wonderful review of my experience but insteadβ€” I’m afraid this establishment is average at very best. They do have a variety of dessert offerings and certainly offer a u
